Phabo Announces Second Full-length Project - Don’t Get Too Cozy Due

Los Angeles R&B singer-songwriter PHABO has announced his second full-length album, Don’t Get Too Cozy, will be released during Juneteenth weekend on Friday, June 16th via The Orchard and marketed by Soulection

Today, in support, PHABO shares new LP standout “Stay” featuring Arin Ray. The track follows on from his latest offerings this year including the official studio version of “Scorpio Moon” – first premiered on COLORS – and the sun-soaked “Out of Touch” featuring UK R&B artist Shaé Universe. On Don't Get Too Cozy, PHABO teams up with a slew of producers, from legends like Troy Taylor (Boyz 2 Men, Trey Songs, Babyface), to Louie Lastic(Goldlink, Kehlani, Ambré), to Eric Hudson (John Legend, Nas, Kanye West) but allows his musical sensibilities to guide and control his sound even when it's coming from different creative sources.

Equal parts rugged, tender and self-assured, PHABO’s classic sound has quickly defined him as one of the most important new voices in the R&B landscape. While clearly influenced by the classic R&B he grew up listening to, his sound always manages to maintain a potent sense of authenticity. PHABO’s rich sonic palette and the quality on display across Don’t Get Too Cozywill continue to underline him as a key artist across both sides of the Atlantic. With recent support from Rolling Stone, UPROXX, BET, Clash Magazine, Wonderland, REVOLT, Rated R&B and more, it’s clear PHABO will undoubtedly play an important role in the sound of modern R&B.
