Pop Artist Reece Releases Debut Album ‘it Boy’ Via Platoon

Also accompanied by latest single ‘Kamikaze’, available now to stream

Pop artist Reece today released his debut album It Boy via Platoon, also accompanied by latest single ‘Kamikaze’ – which premiered on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music show last night.

Daring and unafraid of sonically, visually, and lyrically unique choices, Reece channels the passion in his music to mirror nostalgic, relatable moments – creating a magical connection with his audience who can relate through their personal inflections.

Representative of the positive, negative, and everything in between that can come with a relationship, each track reflects a different side of Reece and his mindset over the past few years. A creative shift since his 2019 EP I’m Not Sure Yet, It Boy is universal, magnetic, and honest and explores a more conscientious, deliberate approach to Reece’s process.

“I just hope this project finds the people that need to hear it. That would be an achievement to me,”said Reece. “I hope that it represents that even in the sadness, there is light at the end of the tunnel after a toxic relationship, and you’re not alone.

On the heels of the passionate “Be Happy” single written during a period of intense self-reflection. ‘Kamikaze’ continues the emotive journey Reece brings listeners into and is available now to stream.
