Having originally started writing music at the age of 10, Sam has spent the last decade carefully honing his craft pulling from various enduring inspirations in the scene such as Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie and James Taylor. His lyrical content is vivid and emotive, and the voice that carries his words is mellisonant, nostalgic and powerful enough to move thousands.
The 18-year-old BRIT School student has played on bills at venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scotts and O2 Shepherds Bush Empire. Most recently Sam played the main stage at Secret Garden Party and performed the supporting slot for Taylor McCall’s London show.
