The above heading may seem obvious after the team just dropped 139 points, but it is worth noting how well the Jazz have played on the offensive end of the floor this season, and Monday certainly continued the trend.
It began quickly, as the Jazz scored 42 points in the first quarter, with eight assists on 13 made baskets.
The Jazz were unquestionably hot from behind the 3-point line, making eight triples in the first 12 minutes, but their looks were incredibly clean and confidence grew from there.
Lauri Markkanen finished with a team-high 23 points after a scoreless first quarter, 16 of which came on field goals inside the 3-point line. Seven players finished in double figures, with Rudy Gay and Walker Kessler coming close with eight points each.
Consider this play, which resulted in a wide open 3-pointer for Collin Sexton, as Exhibit A of the Jazz's kind of night.
Clarkson added in a television walk-off interview with Holly Rowe: "It's just for fun. We're moving the ball and playing fun basketball." It's great to get a win after being on the road, but it's always fun when the ball is popping and we're making shots.
