New York singer and songwriter Caroline Polachek, one of the most innovative pop artists of the current scene, stars in this year's BIMBA Y LOLA holiday campaign.
Polachek, who broke the charts with the single 'Bunny is a Rider' (2021), makes a statement of intent with her abstract and incisive pop. Considered one of the most idiosyncratic artists working today, only she could embody this atypical and intellectual dancing queen, with a style as chameleonic as her own, far from the stereotypes of this time of the year. Behind the lens, also artist Petra Collins, who repeats the campaign for BIMBA Y LOLA after directing the short film BIMBAYLOLIZED with Natasha Lyonne last fall.
The campaign introduces the new key piece of the season: the HOBO POCKET BAG with SWAROVSKI crystals. Double carry handle, leather shoulder strap and two front pockets, which is illuminated by the mantle of classic and heart-shaped Swarovski crystals. Made in leather and in an XS size, it is available in six colors: black, red, burgundy, bone, moss and pear green.
The collection is completed with a selection of dresses that also depict the heart as an aesthetic motif. Fringing, asymmetrical straps, twisted sleeves, capes and puffed silhouettes on draped necklines for the perfect slip dress. A waxed leather set consisting of a maxi top with a heart brooch and pants decorated with metal grommets complete the look.
