Miu Miu brought a one-night Jazz Club to Tokyo, to mark the reopening of its Ginza flagship
To mark the reopening of its Ginza flagship, Miu Miu brought a one-night Jazz Club to Tokyo, celebrating Japanese talent. At the end of 2025, Miu Miu unveiled the reopening of its Ginza store, introducing expanded floor space and a renewed retail concept. The interior, which re-iterates Miu Miu’s signature pale blue is accented with solid oak, resulting in a space that is both timeless and warm.
Divided into three floors, each with its own unique atmosphere, Miu Miu Ginza now showcases the full range of collections, including ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, leather goods and eyewear. The first story, with its modern and sophisticated sandstone flooring, houses a complete selection of bags and accessories.
The second story offers shoes and apparel and has a homely raw wood floor. The third story dedicated to Miu Miu VIPs features luxurious blue carpeting and stretches across a spacious lounge and three fitting rooms, allowing for an exclusive shopping experience.
To celebrate this important moment, Miu Miu hosted on May 13 2026 Miu Miu Jazz Club, a Miu Miu Club event, spotlighting the boutique and the brand’s enduring relationship with music and cultural expression. Conceived as a contemporary salon - a space dedicated to listening and creative experimentation - the Miu Miu Jazz Club is inspired by the tradition of Japanese jazz kissaten.
Divided into three parts, Miu Miu Jazz Club begins with a cocktail at the Ginza store. There follows a Miu Miu takeover of Dance Hall, a storied jazz venue where live performances by acclaimed Japanese artists will take place. Finally, an afterparty including a headline performance will take place at Tokyo’s Kinema Club.
