Spencer Elden, who appeared on the album cover as a four-month-old baby, accused the band of child pornography and sexual exploitation in August last year.

Spencer had recreated the image several times, including for Nevermind's 10th, 17th, 20th and 25th anniversaries. He also has the title of the album, biggest-selling records of the 1990s - tattooed on his chest.
